But, I have a lifetime of experience about dealing with that. So I manage. And I place my fears neatly in the little box reserved to them in the corner of my inner being, and keep living. Keep traveling. Keep doing the things I love. Fear is no longer stopping me. Instead, it is fueling my desire to go, to live, to experience the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, I met a person who is like me, only exception being that this person still needs to learn to deal with the fear. And I could see myself in this person as a child. Insecure. Fearful. Always worried of something. It touched my heart. So I opened Canva and crafted together this little &#8220;card&#8221; you can see above as a reminder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Fear not, for I am with you&#8221;, says Isaiah 41:10. And this is what I keep on telling to everyone who is trying to learn to deal with fear or anxiety, and cares to listen.
